Junior Villa Serenity is based on the ground floor with an area of 90m² and is capable of hosting up to 4 people. It has 2 bedrooms of which one is 30m², living room, kitchen, bathroom, WC and a swimming pool.
Both villas are fully equipped, the living rooms have a fireplace, they have a comfortable dining area and private swimming pools with Jacuzzi, in a lush green setting with incredible views over the Messinian Gulf.

Check-in/out: Your Villa, on the day of your arrival, will be available from 2:00pm. On the day of your departure, we gently ask you to arrange departure from the residence by 11:00 a.m.
Booking Confirmation: The booking is confirmed and guaranteed, as soon as you have communicated to us a valid credit card number, including the expiration date and card holder.
Accepted payment methods: Cash, Visa, Mastercard.

Cancellation Policy:
Applied Penalty charges (percentage of full cost of stay):
- Up to 21 days prior to arrival: 0%
- From 20 to 10 days prior to arrival: 30%
- From 9 to 3 days prior to arrival: 50%
- From 2 days prior to arrival / no-show: 100%
